Job Description

  • Support and ensure quality duties and responsibilities follow Quality Assurance Plan such as CAPA, NCR, Risk, MRM, Internal audit, etc.
  • Assist in the documentation of existing processes and document controller in eQMS system.
  • Provide feedback on specific features and report all bugs / issues encountered in eQMS system.
  • Support development of digital forms and training materials.
  • Assist in development of training materials on quality management system and process according to yearly training plan.
  • Contribute to process and procedure updates and improvements.
  • Identify QA improvement areas and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in meetings to  discuss project status and track follow-up actions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve issues and follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Has a foundational understanding of quality concepts and methodologies.
  • Has a basic knowledge in ISO or Quality Management System.
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possesses communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new technoKlogies, including AI and related tools.
