• Proactively schedule daily appointments for showhouse viewings and event invitations with qualified prospects.
• Engage customers in persuasive conversation, providing essential and accurate information about properties to facilitate appointment setting.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, follow-ups and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed targets for calls made and appointments set, contributing directly to sales goals.
