Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Minimum of 5 years experience in software / system development with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of modern development frameworks, web technologies, cloud services, and AI tools. Proven ability to manage teams and complex technical projects under tight deadlines. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Experience in Agile development methodology is a plus. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Developer Team comprising Website Developer, System Developer, Application Developer, and AI Developer.
- Provide strategic direction for all development-related activities and ensure alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, testing, and maintenance.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage priorities, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Project teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards and coding best practices are upheld.
- Identify and implement process improvements and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Mentor and support the continuous development of team members.
- Monitor team performance and set clear goals for technical excellence and productivity.
- Ensure data security, software licensing compliance, and adherence to industry regulations.
