Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand software requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design solutions.
- Collaborate with architects to design software systems, considering scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Design software with scalability in mind, ensuring it can handle increasing loads and growing user bases.
- Integrate software systems with external APIs, databases, and third‑party services.
- Optimize software performance through code profiling, testing, and algorithm optimization.
- Implement software engineering best practices such as code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Lead and implement regional projects, collaborating with cross‑skilled teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related field.6 years of software engineering experience with full lifecycle development and system integration.Expertise in software architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and algorithms.Strong hands‑on experience with databases, APIs, CI / CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead regional initiatives.Experience with Cloud & DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), infrastructure as code, and programming in Java, Python, C++, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, etc.Benefits
