Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the sale of products in a defined geographical district and for the development and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy.
- Responsible for supporting sales / service team and key account colleagues in the management of key client relationships and in the negotiation of contracts with key customers.
- Responsible for building sales capability and for the overall management and motivation of the sales / service team.
- Perform any other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements :
The successful candidate will be based in Johor Bahru and will initially work remotely.Once the company establishes its physical office in the Iskandar Puteri area (Johor Bahru), the role will transition to an on-site position.The company prefers candidates in their late 20s to below 35 years old.This is to ensure a level of maturity, professionalism, and readiness to take on the responsibilities of the role.Prior working experience in the plastic manufacturing or related industry is strongly preferred.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of the plastic industry landscape and client expectations.Proven ability to sell industrial machinery or large-scale equipment is essential.Strong communication and persuasion skills are required to effectively engage clients and close sales.Candidates should be confident in presenting technical product information and demonstrating product value to prospective customers.The company values individuals who are highly committed, responsible, and dedicated to their roles.A strong sense of ownership and long-term interest in growing with the company is highly desirable.Sub Specialization : Sales;Business Development Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 3 Years Work Location : Johor
