IT Onsite / Store Support Consultant – Amaris Consulting

Your Missions
- Provide second‑line investigation and diagnosis for IT incidents and service requests.
- Resolve and close incidents / service requests in accordance with help desk procedures and allocated timelines.
- Escalate unresolved incidents / service requests within agreed timescales.
- Ensure tickets are updated consistently until issues are resolved.
- Liaise with clients, other IT support groups, and third‑party providers as necessary.
- Perform staging of PCs.
- Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
- Conduct hardware and software maintenance and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents and VIP requests.
- Coordinate with Service Desk for hardware repairs.
- Assist the local Server Team during server maintenance activities.
- Provide support for special events and conferences.
- Support Connected Backup client operations.
- Deliver local network support and assist the centralized Network team as required.
Your Profile
Experience with IT support, incident management, and hardware / software troubleshooting.Experience with PC staging, IMAC processes, and network support.Experience with hardware and software maintenance.Academic background : Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Fluent English (reading, writing, and oral communication).Experience with customer satisfaction principles and practices.Strong customer interface and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and as a team player.Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.What We Offer
