Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project activities and deliverables.

Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and documentation.

Monitor project progress and report any risks, delays, or issues to the Senior Project Manager.

Participate in regular project meetings and help document key decisions and action items.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.

Assist in preparing status reports, presentations, and progress updates.

Support in identifying and resolving project issues or dependencies under guidance.

Learn and apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Ensure adherence to company policies, security compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATION

At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Project Manager

Experience with user interface design, database structures and statistical analyses.

Strong core through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan.

Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

Familiar with object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms.

Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.

Knowledge on accessibility and security compliance is preferred.

Monitor project progress and report on any delays or issues to senior managers.

Commitment to collaborative problem solving is essential.

Ensure all stakeholders are informed about project developments, milestones, and changes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and clients.

Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
