Responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive project management experience, and the ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. The Senior Executive will be responsible for developing project plans, setting deadlines, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication across all project phases.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree / Higher Qualification within the town planning, building constructions, project management, Civil Engineering / Structure Engineering or other related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience required related building construction or project management.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 37001.
- Familiar with Authority Requirements and able to liaise with Authorities.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful, discipline and has initiative and good working attitude.
- Able to plan project, monitor and ensure tasks are carried to meet expected targets and goals.
- Able to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects for report writing with good writing and presentation skill.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Planning and Strategy
Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.Establish clear project goals, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and deliverables.2. Technical Preliminary Study
Technical Preliminary Study of the proposed projects.3. Team Coordination and Leadership
Direct, mentor, and supervise project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting innovation and problem-solving.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.4. Budget and Resource Management
Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control measures are adhered to.Oversee the procurement and allocation of resources necessary for project execution.Identify resource gaps and recommend solutions for efficient resource utilization.5. Risk and Issue Management
Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with project timelines, scope, and resources.Develop risk management plans and respond to unforeseen issues to ensure project continuity.Report on risks, issues, and progress to senior management, recommending corrective actions as needed.6. Quality Control and Compliance
Ensure projects meet the required quality standards and comply with organizational policies and regulations.Conduct regular project reviews to ensure milestones and deliverables are met to the highest quality.7. Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, challenges, and achievements.Prepare and deliver presentations, status reports, and other project-related documentation to key stakeholders.8. Project Assessment & Development Audit
Independent periodical project assessment and audit with regards to :Quality Assurance Check and Control Measures.Project development & Cost control measures.Contract compliance & timely completion of project developments as per Company’s Business Plan.9. Project Delivery
Oversee the final delivery and handover of completed projects to clients or internal teams.Ensure project objectives are met and assess post-project performance for continuous improvement.Establish and maintain favorable rapport with Authorities that are relevant to the property industry.Updating Management Team on the relevant Authorities latest Guidelines.Assist HOD handle communications with the industry stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
