- The Sr. Business Analyst - B2B is responsible for enhancing the productivity and efficiency of a sales team by managing operational tasks and processes. They work closely with sales leaders to ensure that strategies are implemented effectively and that the team has the tools and information they need to succeed.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.Sales Process Optimization :
- Evaluate current sales processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency.
- Implement best practices and streamline operations to enhance productivity.CRM Management :
- Oversee the use and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM.Strategy Development :
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Align sales operations with overall business objectives and goals.Cross-Departmental Coordination :
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams.Category Financial Analysis :
- Monitor key performance metrics related to sales, finance, and profitability.
- Perform detailed variance analysis on P&L accounts, investigating the root causes and business drivers behind deviations from budget or forecast and Q / Q and Y / Y trends.Sales Support and Training :
- Provide support and training to the sales team on tools and processes.
- Help resolve any operational issues that arise.
