Client Manager (Sustainability)

BSI is a leading global standards and certification company. We are looking for a Client Manager to deliver sustainability assurance services, including GHG and sustainability audits, across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver GHG and Sustainability Audits in line with ISO 14064-1 and other assurance standards.
• Evaluate environmental and social performance and recommend improvements.
• Conduct certification, verification and surveillance activities for schemes such as ISO 14064, RSPO, MSPO.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients and certification committees.
• Engage clients and stakeholders to assess sustainability performance and credibility.
• Lead and mentor audit teams, coaching junior auditors.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Expand sector coverage, including palm oil sustainability (RSPO / MSPO) and cross‑sector ESG engagements.
