Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Candidates must possess at least Secondary School / SPM
Basic computer skill : Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Language required : English / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia
Experienced & hardworking is preferable

Responsibilities

Follow up document with customer, order windscreen, arrange tinted & customer appointment schedule

Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls

Monitor & arrange daily routine work of department

Ongoing supervise to ensure task complete & successful

Handle customer inquiries & provide assistance
