Job Description
- Execute sales strategies and drive business growth with both existing and new clients.
- Lead and manage a regional team across CRM, customer service, and depot operations.
- Oversee daily logistics, including pallet flows, warehouse activities, delivery scheduling, and inventory accuracy.
- Engage directly with customers on-site, train them on systems, and manage expectations to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports and support administrative compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational execution and financial performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager should have :
- Has 5 years of experience in sales, logistics, or manufacturing, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills, patience, and excellent communication abilities.
- Comfortable juggling operations, customer relations, and sales while being detail-oriented and strategic.
- A proactive team player with strong MS Office skills and a service-minded attitude.
