Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.Sales Strategy and Execution :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.Understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions, including Cloud and Data Center services.Market Research and Opportunity Identification :
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities.Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.Solution Selling :
Effectively sell Cloud Solutions, Professional Services, and Managed Services.Present value propositions to clients, including ROI and strategic benefits.Collaboration and Reporting :
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.Accurately maintain sales records and provide regular updates to management.Revenue Growth :
Meet and exceed sales targets by managing individual pipelines and closing deals effectively.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.Key Requirements : Experience :
Minimum of 5 years in direct sales with a proven track record in achieving targets.Experience in selling Cloud Solutions, Professional Services, and Managed Services.Industry Knowledge :
Strong understanding of Cloud technology, Data Center solutions, and related ecosystems.Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or similar Cloud platforms is preferred.Technical and Sales Skills :
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Experience in selling to enterprise clients and engaging with C-level executives.Personal Attributes :
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.Other Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.This role is ideal for sales professionals with a strong background in cloud technology and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
