Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist (m / f / diverse) for our Cybersecurity Reporting, Training and Awareness Team within Information Security in the Tires Cybersecurity. The team is responsible for Cybersecurity Reporting within Cybersecurity, to Management and other target groups, driving Information- and Cybersecurity awareness initiatives and works closely with Rule & Risk Managers, as well as other Cybersecurity Professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity reports and metrics tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
• Support phishing simulations, awareness campaigns, and training initiatives to reduce human risk.
• Align awareness activities with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Present insights and translate technical risks into business-relevant language.
• Manage awareness platforms and deliver engaging content through workshops, eLearnings, and communications.
• Foster a security-first culture through continuous learning and proactive engagement.
