Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist (m / f / diverse) for our Cybersecurity Reporting, Training and Awareness Team within Information Security in the Tires Cybersecurity . The team is responsible for Cybersecurity Reporting within Cybersecurity, to Management and other target groups, driving Information- and Cybersecurity awareness initiatives and works closely with Rule & Risk Managers, as well as other Cybersecurity Professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity reports and metrics tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
• Support phishing simulations, awareness campaigns, and training initiatives to reduce human risk.
• Align awareness activities with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Present insights and translate technical risks into business-relevant language.
• Manage awareness platforms and deliver engaging content through workshops, eLearnings, and communications.
• Foster a security-first culture through continuous learning and proactive engagement.
