Handle general administrative duties including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities on submission and approval matters
Prepare standard letters, memos, reports, and correspondence.
Track project timelines, submissions, permits, and approvals
Liaise with internal departments (legal, finance, marketing) and external parties (banks, solicitors, buyers)
Support property development team in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
Assist with submission of documents to local authorities (e.g., council, land office, utility companies)
Assist with loan document handling, SPA signing, and unit handover procedures
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in real estate or housing development is a must.
