Overview
Provide monthly payroll data to payroll outsourcing company. Collaborate with Department Heads to obtain monthly / quarterly bonus information to be processed during the month. Prepare payroll monthly report for HoHR’s checking. Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently. Ensure all statutory payments are paid on time. Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information. Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer’s social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments. Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures. Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed. Insurance registration for new employees and removal for leavers. Update all new joiner, transfers, leavers information into the Workday system. Maintain absence / leave module in Workday. Person in Charge to liaise with third party for expatriate management (EP application, visa, dependent pass, etc.) Assist expatriate on their queries regarding school and accommodation search, prepare them with local statutory registration (income tax registration ,bank account opening, PERKESO registration and tax clearance process)
