Senior Performance Marketing & Advertising Executive
Manage full-funnel performance marketing campaigns focused on CPI, ROAS, and user LTV
Own daily operations in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other paid platforms
Continuously test targeting segments, bidding strategies, placements, and creatives
2. Creative Performance Optimization
Collaborate with in-house content creators to test new creatives per week
Drive A / B testing across ad formats (image, video, UGC, story, carousel, etc.)
Analyze which visuals, hooks, and CTAs drive better engagement and cost-efficiency
3. Data & Growth Analytics
Track and analyze CPI, paid user conversion, and T+7 / T+30 ROI weekly
Monitor in-app behavior of acquired users and loop back insights to creative & targeting
Report performance insights and actionable recommendations to the marketing lead
4. Budget Management & Scaling
Manage a daily ad budget (~RM2,000+), scaling winning ads and killing poor performers
Maintain CAC efficiency while optimizing for ROAS and top-up value
Work closely with the marketing manager, CRM lead, and in-house content team
Participate in campaign brainstorming and monthly KPI reviews
Respond quickly to real-time changes in ad performance or app market shifts
Requirements
3–5 years experience in performance marketing (focus on Meta Ads)
Hands-on experience with app install or conversion campaigns
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable using Ads Manager, Excel / Sheets, or Looker
Solid understanding of CPI, ROAS, LTV, and in-app funnel optimization
Able to work independently and iterate fast in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Mandarin (due to audience targeting / local content)
Experience in the social, entertainment, or live-streaming app industry
Exposure to TikTok Ads, influencer whitelisting, or UGC strategies
Creative eye — understands what type of visual / content drives conversion
