Service Delivery Software Developer

The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet business and user requirements. The role involves writing clean, scalable, and efficient code, ensuring software reliability through testing and debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The Software Developer also keeps abreast of emerging technologies to enhance product quality, scalability, and performance.

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on functional and technical requirements.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using multiple programming languages and frameworks.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features and enhancements.

Document software design, architecture, and coding practices to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

Research and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices to improve development processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven hands-on experience in software development (minimum 2–4 years preferred).

Additional expertise in jQuery, AngularJS, HTML5, SSRS, SSIS is highly desirable.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure), DevOps tools, and microservices architecture (preferred).

Knowledge of machine learning or AI technologies is a plus.
