About the Role

The USTS Network Operations Center (NOC) team plays a critical role in supporting the deployment and operational stability of mission‑critical applications and services. As a NOC Engineer , you will collaborate with internal teams to manage deployment procedures, implement code and configuration changes, and provide Tier‑1 support. In the near future, the NOC team will also take on system and service monitoring responsibilities from other USTS teams.

Core Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal teams to deploy software and configuration changes to servers with minimal service disruption.
• Apply application and server configuration updates to meet evolving business requirements.
• Provide operational support for a suite of production systems and cloud‑based services.
• Proactively monitor system health and performance, respond to incidents and alerts, and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
• Participate in a 24 / 7 on‑call rotation, including night shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime.
• Deliver Tier‑1 support for mission‑critical production services.
• Create and maintain documentation for daily operations to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure continuous and efficient operation and maintenance of production systems.
