Specialist, SSC HR (Japanese Speaker)

Overview

The position is responsible for all transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services activities of Schaeffler Japan entities.

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services within Service Level Agreement (e.g. providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR-related queries, managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data)
• Keeping day-to-day operations documentation up to date
• Participating in the transfer of processes from internal customers to Shared Services
• Involve in Knowledge Transfer, Go-live process and activities from Japan entity to Malaysia Shared Service Center
