Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Assist in managing daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits and other HR functions.
• Lead employee engagement activities and manage internal e-learning to enhance workplace culture and development.
• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave management, uniform allocation and etc.
• Support the employee onboarding and orientation process to ensure smooth transition for new hires.
• Provide general HR support and contribute to process improvements for better efficiency.
