Job descriptionTo identify abnormal users based on their profile. To evaluate user behaviour by analysing transactional data. To review eligibility of bonus applicant. To monitor the spike of data and take immediate action for risk control. Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Required Language (s) : English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel for report writing. Able to work in shift, irregular(rotational) and weekends and public holidays. Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames. Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Accuracy and strong attention to details. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Overview :
In your role as a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible in the risk assessment of company performance by analysing user profile & behaviour to ensure company interest are well protected from any suspicious & abnormal activities at the same time align with the strategy & planning of department & organization.
Job Responsibilities :
Performs Daily Task :
- Conduct analysis and provide solution & advice upon request through Microsoft Teams / Freshdesk / Email from other departments e.g. Payment, CS, Marketing.
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure user identity is genuine.
- Tasks include but not limited to summary report & slide preparation assigned by superior.
