Social Media Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you’ll be able to manage FXIFY’s growth through increasing brand awareness through online channels. In more detail you will be responsible to :
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute region‑specific social media strategies that support the overall marketing and business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and compliance regulations.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the global marketing and regional teams to localize content and campaigns for regional audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand the Prop Firm's social media presence.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all social media activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Offer suggestions and implementation strategies to management on new ways to increase brand awareness and exposure.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Stay up to date with industry‑related best practices that may be relevant to your role.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the Forex Prop Firm or Forex Brokerage industries.Experience in Forex Prop Trading, Forex, and / or Trading in general is a must.Experience in Futures Prop Trading or Futures Trading will be considered an advantage.A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be considered an advantage, but not a requirement.Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Knowledge of compliance regulations related to social media in the financial industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.Benefits
