Job description

Moomoo seeks a Brokerage Services Support Specialist to assist local and overseas clients with trading account support, using English, Malay, and Chinese.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing :

Respond to customer / client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist with trading account registration, onboarding, and verification.
Provide consultation on trading platform, tools, and features, resolving technical or operational issues.
Resolve customer / client concerns promptly and escape complex cases as needed.
Record, file, and organize customer feedback and suggestions.
Contribute to customer service process development, knowledge bases, and training materials.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

About you

The company is looking for :

Degree or above in relevant fields; diploma in Business, Economics, or Financial-related courses welcomed.

Preferred experience in call center, technical support, online trading, or stockbroking; fresh graduates welcome.

Familiarity with online trading platforms, stock exchanges, capital / financial markets, trading regulations, and investment products is advantageous.

Computer literacy preferred.

Proficiency in English and Malay required; Chinese / Mandarin advantageous.

Professionalism, independence, meticulousness, patience, empathy, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service knowledge.

Team player with high efficiency, able to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Willingness to work assigned shifts including evening, night, and weekends; shift allowances provided.
