Hiring a Specialist to manage end-to-end demand fulfillment, customer supply chain coordination, and delivery performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for demand fulfillment across key customer accounts.
- Manage end-to-end order and forecast processes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle escalations, generate analytics, and prepare performance reports.
- Understand customer supply chain models and legal agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery and fulfillment challenges.
- Organize regular forecast and supply chain review meetings.
- Support optimization of customer logistics aligned with client goals.
- Proactively drive improvements in supply chain collaboration and transparency.
Required Skills
1 -2 years of experience in Customer Logistics Management or similar roles.Strong understanding of customer supply chain processes and tools.Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven work approach.Strong communication and time management skills.Team player with flexibility and adaptability.Experience with SC concepts, BSA, and standard logistics contracts.Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively.Japanese / Korean language skills are an added advantage.Additional Info
