Job Title : BIM Modeler (M&E) – Data Centre Projects

Reports To : BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled BIM Modeler (M&E) to join our project team for large-scale Data Centre construction projects . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing mechanical and electrical (M&E) BIM models , ensuring design accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models for Mechanical & Electrical systems in line with project specifications and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration.
• Generate shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings directly from BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements for Data Centre M&E services .
• Support the BIM Coordinator / Manager in implementing BIM workflows, model audits, and data management.
• Collaborate with construction teams to provide accurate quantity take-offs and construction sequencing support .
• Maintain organized model files and documentation for effective information management and version control .
• Assist in preparing visualizations and simulations to support project presentations and client reviews.
