We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic, results-driven individuals who are passionate about technology and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
➤ Identify and engage potential clients across Malaysia through calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
➤ Conduct product demos and presentations (online and in-person) to showcase solutions.
➤ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
➤ Negotiate and close deals for custom software projects and SaaS subscriptions.
➤ Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
➤ Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
➤ Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
Requirements
➤ Proven experience in software, SaaS, or IT solution sales (1–3 years for junior; 3–5 years for senior).
➤ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
➤ Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
➤ Comfortable engaging with SME owners, decision-makers, and enterprise clients.
➤ Good understanding of software solutions, cloud platforms, and business systems.
➤ Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
➤ Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
