Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the production team. This role ensures that all production processes run smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality standards, safety regulations, and production targets. The supervisor is a key point of contact between management and the production floor, driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production team members on assigned shifts.
• Ensure production targets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Enforce company policies, GMP, HALAL, HACCP and FSCC.
• Train and coach employees on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Complete daily production reports and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Perform basic maintenance checks and handling of production equipment.
• Monitor the CCP and OPRP on the running of production processes.
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or incidents.
