Job descriptionAccuracy & Attention to Detail Microsoft Office & PC Skills Planning & Organizing Skills Interpersonal Skills Problem Solving Skills Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Experience in Shared Service Centre, Contact Centre, Customs Clearance, Operations, or Logistics is a plus. Proficiency in English is required. Ability to work shifts according to office hours in Europe or Singapore time zones.
Clearance & Brokerage Operations; Clearance Regulatory
Key responsibilities :
- Custom Clearance Operations : Support clearance operations between customers and regulators in EU / SG using internal tech systems.
- EU / SG Law & Trade Compliance : Execute import / export processes in accordance with EU / SG law (training provided).
- Solve Shipment Problems : Identify and resolve shipment issues using logical judgment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
