Purpose Statement : This is an entry level role, where individuals will be trained to manage the procurement execution of assigned goods, commodities and / or services in accordance with the quality, delivery and pricing expectations as detailed in Purchasing SOP's and WI's.
Key Job Accountabilities :
This process encompasses order placement, rescheduling and cancellations, as well as timely resolution of non conforming material, goods in discrepancies and invoice queries.
Initiate appropriate corrective actions and escalation to avoid impacting the production schedule.
Includes tactical decision-making of when to leverage automation vs request exceptions in overall execution.
