The PMO (Project Management Officer) will support TCS’s delivery governance for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory, business, and technology priorities while managing the financial and operational aspects of these initiatives.

Expectations from the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end delivery governance for assigned programs, ensuring alignment to regulatory, business, and technology priorities. A key part of the role is driving disciplined financial management—this includes budget planning, forecasting, cost control, and funding optimisation. The PMO will work closely with Change Delivery Leads and product owners to support financial planning, reporting, and investment decisions across multi‑million‑dollar portfolios, while leading efforts to improve financial data sourcing, analysis, and reporting processes to strengthen accuracy and transparency.

• Planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of financials (budget, forecast, actual costs, etc.)
• Cost rationalisation and re‑prioritisation
• Project cost planning and support of the Project Managers
• Data sourcing and improvements of financial processes
• Invoice and transaction tracking and management
