Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, business plans, and long-term goals.

- Lead cross-border expansion initiatives and strengthen the company’s market positioning.
Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and profitability.Implement performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across all functional areas.Ensure compliance with corporate governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.Financial Oversight
Drive financial performance and sustainability through effective resource allocation and cost management.Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making.Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment between financial and operational goals.People & Culture
Build and lead a high-performing management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Inspire, motivate, and develop talent across the organization to achieve strategic objectives.Uphold a culture of integrity, agility, and accountability.Stakeholder EngagementRepresent the company with investors, regulators, partners, and other key stakeholders.Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors, providing insights and updates on business performance and strategy.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.Experience in public listed company as COO or C-suite.Proven track record in senior management or leadership roles, preferably within technology, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.Strong strategic, analytical, and financial management skills.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple business units, and drive measurable growth.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business sense, adaptability, and resilience.Dynamic, performance-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Requirements
