Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations (60%)
Accounts Management :
Maintain accurate books of accounts for Malaysian operations including AP / AR, journals, and reconciliations
Tax Compliance :
Prepare and submit monthly SST returns for Malaysia operations
Cash Flow Management :
Monitor daily cash positions and coordinate fund transfers
Process supplier payments, staff claims, and customer progress claims
Maintain proper supporting documentation for all transactions
Operations Support (30%)
Procurement & Vendor Management :
Process purchase orders
Project Financial Support :
Support project costing for data centre installations
Documentation & Compliance :
Maintain proper filing systems for financial and operational records
Administrative Support (10%)
Office Management :
Support HR functions, including payroll processing assistance
