Job descriptionTimely dispatch of contract, trade confirmations, notices, payment advice, and other relevant documents to customers Correspondence with OTC counterparties, with regard to settlement, adjustments, expiry and rollover of the trades Degree in Accounting, Banking, Economics, Finance, Law, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent 5 years’ experience in stock-broking, commercial / investment banking, investment research, corporate finance, audit, legal, credit control, business processes or equivalent Mid-Senior level Full-time Analyst Financial Services and Investment Banking
Overview
To lead and manage the operational functions for Equity Derivatives Operations team, ensuring efficient transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
Internal Business & Trade Processing & Equity Derivatives Operational Supervision
- Supervise daily operations
- Monitoring the issuance, expiry, final settlement and corporate exercise related to the OTC and other trade solutions issued throughout the product life cycle
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of dividends, entitlements, trades, adjustments, settlement, rollover and interests
- Monitor and maintain service delivery standards
- Interfacing internal and external stakeholders to manage life cycle of OTC trades and other derivatives products from issuance till expiry
