Role Description

This is a full-time on‑site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Kelang. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer service interactions, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day tasks include processing orders, handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining sales records, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to support sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in Sales processes and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous
