Accounts Executive / Accountant

We are strengthening our finance and accounts team and looking for passionate professionals to join us.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

full set of accounts

on a monthly basis.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries as well as payroll.

Help prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports.

Support related tax filings.

Assist in liaising with internal teams and external auditors.

Maintain accurate records and assist with audits and financial reviews.

Prepare amount owing to / from intercompany schedule.

Undertake other ad-hoc assigned duties from time to time.

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities of Accountant

includes all of the above, plus the following :

Prepare detailed monthly group consolidation accounts.

Carry out all accounting functions, including but not limited to

payroll, taxation, and budgeting .

Support all matters related to

audit, taxation, and company secretarial requirements .

Handle

banking-related matters

and documentation.

Prepare

tax computations , including

deferred taxation

and

tax estimations .

Support and guide junior accounting staff

in daily operations and professional development.

Undertake other

ad-hoc duties

as assigned from time to time.

Requirements of Account Executive

Minimum Diploma in the Accounting field or equivalent.

Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal work experience in accounting are welcome to apply (Account Executive).

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Preferably able to communicate in Chinese

to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.

Willingness to learn .

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Based in Nibong Tebal.

Requirements of Accountant

(Includes all of the above, plus the following : )

Certification in ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related accounting role. (Candidates with an audit background are preferred.)

Proven experience in preparing monthly group consolidation accounts is highly desirable.

Annual performance-based bonus.

Annual salary review based on performance.
