Job descriptionSupport ATA Solutions (ATAP, ATAPro, ATAU) by helping users with system issues, providing guidance, answering questions, and collecting feedback. Creating JIRA tickets to report system issues and track their resolution. Assist users during new system releases by explaining and supporting them with new features. Participate in system testing activities such as UAT and SIT. Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Malaysia? What's your expected monthly basic salary? Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work in shirts, including weekend and Public Holidays (24 / 7 support).
- Basic understanding of customer support and system troubleshooting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
