ROLE PURPOSE
HRIS Technology Analyst will provides first-level technical support to HR system users, assists in postimplementation stabilization, supporting the ongoing development and optimization of the newly implemented DOP system. This position is responsible in addressing user’s issues, troubleshooting, configuration, access and security setting, data request / upload, supporting system updates, develop reporting and process improvements. This role will be working closely with DTS and vendors to address issues, enhance user experience and ensure smooth HR operation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide first-level technical support for JMI admin and employees on systems related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical or functional system issues and escalated technical issues when needed.
- Liaise with SSO and vendors for complex technical problems and system enhancement.
- Collect feedback from users, identify gaps for area of improvement and recommend enhancement to streamline HR processes.
- Maintain system configurations and system setting as per business needs i.e workflows, approval processes.
- Manage user rights, permissions, and security settings.
- Develop and maintain DOP reports and dashboards.
- Assist in data request / upload and improve the reporting capabilities.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches and testing activities i.e User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR and DOP systems.
- Support HR compliance reporting and audits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science / IT, Enterprise Management System, Information Systems, Human Resources, or any related field.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in HRIS system support (Oracle Cloud HCM)Experience in system implementation, configuration and user support.Familiarity with HR processes within the financial industry is an advantage.Experience working with HR or Payroll systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
