Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools. Analytical mindset with experience in customer data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What You’ll Do
Lead customer strategy, lifecycle programs, and promotional campaigns. Own and optimize the email channel as a key driver of customer engagement. Manage communication calendars and customer contact strategies. Drive direct marketing best practices across multiple touchpoints. Analyze customer data to uncover insights and improve performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized experiences. Report on campaign performance and customer KPIs. Support marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred). What We’re Looking For
Proven CRM expertise in eCommerce or digital-first consumer brands. Hands-on experience with email marketing, campaign management, and automation. Strong understanding of customer databases, segmentation, and analytics (SQL is a plus). Ability to manage stakeholders across regions and functions.
