Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support Operations by assisting the team in planning, organizing and implementing administrative task.
  • Event Management including plan and execute coordination & collaboration with respective parties within timeline given.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management accounts within the stipulated deadline.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Event Management or its equivalent
  • Able to work independently, multitasking, and handle work pressure in fast pace working environment.
  • Working experience in Event Management or related industry will be an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - English / Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in foreign language will be an added advantage
  • Posses positive work attitude, willingness to learn and a team player spirit.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
