Executive / Senior Executive, Roadshow Management

Job descriptionPlan and manage retail roadshows, expos, and events, ensuring optimal locations, layouts, and shopper engagement. Develop roadshow layouts, planograms, and design segmentation based on shopper insights, competition, and investment strategy. Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for event setup, fixtures, merchandising, and on-site execution. Set event sales targets and KPIs; conduct pre- and post-event ROI reviews and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with SOPs, budget guidelines and timely invoice processing. Maintain and refresh event assets across regions; manage event calendar and segment categorization for resource planning. Work with Sales, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to create POSM, communications, and promotional mechanics. Lead setup and execution for all premium and strategic events, ensuring alignment with approved designs. Gather stakeholder feedback and sales data for post-event analysis and improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in event marketing, retail activation, or trade marketing.
- Strong project management and vendor management skills.
- 1-Year Renewable Contract Available.
