Manager in the Capital Markets Team
Your Future Role :
- Project Management : Leading transaction and accounting advisory projects with a focus on capital market transactions, including IPOs / SPOs and debt transactions.
- Audit Support : Collaborating with audit teams in performing statutory auditor tasks, including analysis of transaction documentation such as prospectuses or offering memoranda, evaluating the form and content of financial disclosures in transaction documentation; issuing comfort letters, and reporting on pro forma information.
- Transaction Process Coordination : Managing communication with legal advisors, investment banks, and clients to ensure the effective execution of transactions.
- Strategic Advisory : Participating in projects assessing companies' readiness for IPO, due diligence, restructuring, and exit strategies, emphasizing strategic advice for management boards.
- International Standards : Practical application of Polish and international accounting standards, with a particular focus on IFRS.
- Collaboration : Working with specialists from other PwC departments as part of a multidisciplinary transaction team dedicated to providing comprehensive client support.
- Building Business Relationships : Developing and maintaining client relationships and actively participating in business development.
Apply if :
You have at least 5 years of experience in a consulting or related firm within the financial-accounting sector, gained through execution of transaction advisory projects, as well as in accounting and financial reporting.You have several years of e xperience in project management .You demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm for building new business perspectives in the fields of accounting and transaction advisory.You possess strong teamwork skills and have experience in project-based work.You have advanced knowledge of financial accounting under IFRS (particularly IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IFRS 9).You are fluent in English.You have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel.Additional qualifications valued :
Professional certifications (e.g., PIBR, ACCA, CFA ) or are at an advanced stage of obtaining them.By joining us you gain :
