Job Summary
Our Client is seeking a badass, data-obsessed TikTok Shop Manager to lead and scale their TikTok Shop channel with the precision of a performance marketer and the agility of a trend-savvy creator strategist. This is a full-time leadership position responsible for maximizing revenue, visibility, and brand equity through TikTok Shop, with full ownership of the platform’s operations, performance, and ecosystem integrations.
The TikTok Shop Manager will oversee campaigns, optimize storefronts, analyze daily performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams and creators to ensure products stay at the top of the algorithm. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the TikTok culture and commerce space, understands GMV-driving mechanics, and brings a proven track record of scaling TikTok Shop strategies in the wellness, CPG, or lifestyle sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Strategy & Leadership
- Own and execute the overarching TikTok Shop strategy to drive GMV, conversion, and community engagement
- Set weekly and monthly revenue and performance targets based on growth KPIs
- Lead and manage internal and external contributors including creators, content producers, campaign assistants, and agency partners
- Stay plugged into the TikTok Shop ecosystem—emerging features, algorithm shifts, shop incentives, creator affiliate trends, etc.
Storefront & Product Optimization
Optimize all product listings and bundles for discoverability, conversion, and complianceMaintain and update the TikTok storefront layout, featured videos, cross-sells, and anchor content for each SKUImplement promotional levers including limited-time offers, shop-only discounts, and creator incentivesCampaign Management & GMV Analysis
Launch and manage TikTok Shop campaigns—from planned product pushes to fast-paced viral reactionsMonitor GMV daily; respond in real time to trends, product velocity, and stock / offer alignmentLeverage Creator Marketplace, Spark Ads, and affiliate networks to amplify campaignsPartner closely with the TikTok rep team to gain visibility, white-listing, and access to beta featuresPerformance Marketing & Data Optimization
Monitor and optimize key metrics including CTR, CVR, AOV, CPA, refund rates, and fulfillment timingAnalyze campaign data to identify performance gaps and opportunities; iterate rapidly for improvementCollaborate with media buyers and performance team to align TikTok Shop with Spark Ads and Paid UGC strategyCreator & Influencer Collaboration
Partner with TikTok creators to script, brief, and deploy high-performing shop videosTrack content performance by creator, category, and hook-type; adjust outreach and seeding accordinglyCoordinate creator-led sales events, live streams, and time-sensitive dropsCross-Functional Workflow & Automation
Work with fulfillment, ops, and customer support to ensure seamless order processing and backend syncUse tools like Zapier, analytics dashboards, and AI workflows to scale execution efficientlyCoordinate with creative, design, and email teams to ensure cross-channel alignmentQualifications
Required :
3+ years in eCommerce, marketplace, or DTC growth roles—at least 1+ year hands-on with TikTok ShopProven track record of growing GMV and optimizing storefronts on TikTok ShopDeep knowledge of TikTok creator economy, Spark Ads, and shop toolsStrong analytical mindset with advanced experience in campaign tracking, testing, and conversion optimizationExperience managing paid and organic TikTok strategies and creator relationshipsHighly autonomous with leadership instincts and exceptional attention to detailPassionate about wellness, supplements, and digital commercePreferred :
