Assist in daily parts operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording automotive parts.
Ensure all parts transactions are accurately updated in the inventory management system.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in monthly and annual stock-taking activities.
Support the Parts Executive in monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Handle incoming parts requests from Service Advisors and Technicians promptly and accurately.
Assist in identifying and tagging parts for Electric Vehicles (EV) components such as HV batteries, charging modules, and related items.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the parts storage area according to company standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Assist in preparing parts quotations, invoices, and documentation for warranty and return claims.
Support the team in implementing parts marketing and promotion activities when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in automotive parts operations; experience in EV or continental brands is an advantage.
Good understanding of automotive parts catalogues and inventory systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and familiar with Dealer Management System (DMS) .
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
