• Monitor retail performance and provide actionable coaching to improve conversion and brand experience.
• Conduct in-store visits to support promoters and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training with campaign goals.
• Track training effectiveness and report on outcomes.
