Channel & Territory Manager – SalesWorks Group
Join SalesWorks Group as a Channel & Territory Manager and lead the expansion of our on‑ground sales channels across five territories. You will manage a five‑person team, identify prime sites, negotiate access, and drive event‑based customer acquisition.

Core Responsibilities
Territory & Channel Development – Explore, evaluate, and secure diverse sales routes (streets, residential penetration, private venues, events, door‑to‑door opportunities). Negotiate low‑cost or free site arrangements and establish long‑term site strategies to ensure year‑round event availability.Operational Excellence – Implement SOPs for booking, managing, and reviewing site operations; align site activities with budget, ROI, and cost‑per‑acquisition targets; manage logistics, compliance, and administrative requirements.Analytics & Reporting – Conduct performance analysis, penetration reporting, and provide actionable insights on site productivity and emerging trends; recommend data‑driven strategic adjustments.Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and motivate a five‑person team, manage scheduling and deployment, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Strategic Planning & Communication – Collaborate with Sales Managers to align site strategies with business targets; communicate plans, schedules, and results clearly; partner with clients and internal departments to enhance customer experience.Who We Are Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.At least 3 years of managerial experience in events, sales, or field marketing.Proven success in territory or channel management with hands‑on leadership.Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Strong analytical and organizational abilities.Hands‑on experience with event setup, logistics, and activations.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.Leadership mindset with focus on team performance and process improvement.Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful with a focus on outcomes.What We Offer
