FSTEP - Credit Analyst (Start ASAP)

Overview

Join United Overseas Bank as a Credit Analyst to conduct credit evaluations and support loan portfolio management in a leading Asian bank.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive credit evaluations on potential new borrowers and prepare recommendations to approving authorities.
• Prepare detailed written reports on existing loans / credits for use by senior management and committees.
• Monitor compliance with debt covenants for both existing and new clients.
• Review and analyze loan documents such as facility agreements, legal opinions, financial statements, etc.
• Perform regular reviews of the loan portfolio, identifying problem accounts and preparing appropriate action plans.

Training & Development

The Financial Sector Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) is a 3 + 9-month intensive graduate training programme in collaboration with Asian Banking School (ABS), designed to equip talent with the right skills and knowledge for their transition into the financial services industry. Trainees will be coached to excel within the bank.
