FP&A Associate Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our team in a commercial finance or business analyst capacity. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring accurate reporting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the operations team on a biweekly basis to review store-level P&L performance, assess promotion effectiveness, and identify cost-saving opportunities, particularly for new store openings and mono-brand concepts.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and rolling forecasts, with a strong focus on avoiding overspending.
• Review and reconcile actual and accrued marketing expenses against approved budgets and marketing authorization forms (IOM), both at the store and company level.
• Conduct comparative analysis across different store concepts and brands to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement areas.
• Perform detailed income matrix analysis to support business decisions and commercial strategies.
