Manager / Assistant Manager, Wealth Business and Strategy

Responsibilities
- Support business growth in sales and profitability by leading management of projects (A25 / AX28) and working with internal and external stakeholders to generate new revenue and ensure timely delivery of key projects.
- Contribute to the development of new product offerings in the precious metals category, including creating necessary forms, agreements, processes, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, IT, and Risk on regulatory and marketing materials.
- Act as the curator for gold products, liaising with internal business partners and stakeholders to promote gold-related campaigns and increase fee income.
- Provide fast, accurate financial reporting, analysis, and ongoing monitoring of business unit financial health, budgeting, forecasting, and performance.
- Propose and initiate cost-saving initiatives for optimal cost use.
- Develop business use cases and participate in wealth management strategies and business model enhancements based on market and industry research.
- Plan and manage projects aligned with strategic goals (e.g., A25 / AX28), including documentation and stakeholder coordination.
- Participate in short- and long-term wealth management strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business initiatives. Provide financial analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring (sales, profit, KPIs).
- Prepare management review materials and internal business reports (e.g., KPI dashboards).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other departments.
- Develop and launch precious metal products, including forms, agreements, and processes.
- Manage regulatory compliance and product enhancements in partnership with internal teams.
- Act as liaison for gold products, handling campaigns and operational matters to increase fee income.
- Develop and implement gold product marketing campaigns and track results.
- Source new business opportunities and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives for optimal resource use.
- Coordinate resolution of product data and operational issues with internal and external parties.
- Support training and communication efforts related to precious metal products.
- Prepare presentations, approval papers, and ad hoc reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Financial and other related field.At least 5-7 years of experience in related field.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Good interpersonal and communication skillsHave superior analytical, critical thinking and logical skillsStrong problem-solving skillsResults-oriented, possess the ability to work under pressure and deliver on timePersistent attention to details and the ability to develop tracking mechanism and organize these detailsAbility to work unsupervised and as a teamGood understanding of the general, economic and business environmentClient centricCommitted and InitiativeGood understanding of Wealth Management and its products and services will be an added advantage.Details
